Stay

1. Up to 180 Days (Extendable)

With this visa, you can

1. Performing activities related to employment.
2. Bring eligible members of your family.
3. Enter and leave Indonesia as long as the re-entry permit is still valid.
4. Study, as long as the foreigner obtains a multiple residence permit for activities.
5. Conduct investment-related activities.
6. Conducting activities related to tourism and visiting friends or family.

You must

1. Comply with Indonesian laws and regulations.
2. Comply with the employment contract.
3. Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
4. Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

Other information

1. Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
2. Doing work that is not suitable for the stay permit.
3. Making sales of goods or services, unless required in the employment.

Document Requirement

1. Valid Nationality Passport with at least 6 (six) months.
2. Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 (two thousand US Dollars) or equivalent.
3. Latest color photograph.
4. Curriculum Vitae.
5. Travel Itinerary.
6. Statement of commitment that must be accomplished within 90 days after the date of arrival, such as:
7. Notification from the Ministry of Manpower, or
8. Statement of any government agencies, if the foreigners are guaranteed by the agency.

Visa Validity

1. This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
