With this visa, you can

* Live in Indonesia.

* Travel to and from Indonesia as many times as you want.

You must

* Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia.

* Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesian laws.

The following subjects are excluded and cannot be the subject of an unlimited Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) within the framework of this Ministerial Regulation.

* Those who are citizens of a country that was once part of the Territory of Indonesia.

* Individuals who are currently or have been employed as civil servants, law enforcement officials, intelligence function executors, and/or military personnel abroad.

* Individuals who have been involved in separatist groups.

* Individuals who have been in contradiction with national interests.

You shouldn’t use these visas for joint visa or stay permit holders for family dependents

Other information

* If you meet the conditions, you will automatically obtain the Electronic unlimited stay permit and the Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint (you do not need to go to the immigration office to obtain a Permanent Stay Permit or unlimited stay permit and Re-Entry Permit).

* Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.

* You are prohibited from selling goods or services.

* You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar payment from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Document Requirement

* Valid Nationality Passport for at least 6 (six) months.

* Proof of having living expenses.

* Latest color photograph.

* Curriculum Vitae.

* Travel Itinerary

* Proof of guarantee from the Guarantor or a statement of commitment from the husband or wife.

* Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator, except those that have been written in English.

* A valid main visa or an unlimited stay permit for the husband or wife

Visa Validity

* This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
